We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services – on the basis of the relevant legal grounds of the GDPR (in particular Art. 6 (1)).
3. Hosting & server log files
This website is hosted by 1blu GmbH, Riedemannweg 60, 13627 Berlin, Germany. When accessed, the server automatically collects information transmitted by your browser (so-called server log files): browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. Processing serves to ensure smooth operation and security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The log files are managed by the hosting provider and deleted at regular intervals.
4. Contacting us
Details submitted via the contact form (name, company, email, phone, topic, message) are processed server-side and forwarded to us by email in order to handle your inquiry. The form data is not stored permanently on the server. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Web fonts
The fonts used (Sora and Inter) are served locally from this website's own server and embedded directly. No connection to Google Fonts or any other third party is established; your IP address is not transmitted to third parties.
6. Cookies & analytics
This website currently uses no tracking cookies and no web analytics. Should analytics or marketing services (e.g. Google Ads/Analytics) be added in future, this will only happen with prior consent via a consent banner; this policy must then be extended accordingly.

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You can revoke any consent given at any time with effect for the future.
